Topic-icon Not able to connect to SourceCoast - version & support check

For some reason, in the Basic Info setup (when doing auto-tune), I get the error:
Error
Facebook API Error: (#10) Changing app settings through API calls has been disabled for this app. Go to your app's advanced settings to enable this.
Facebook Application configuration could not be loaded. Please check your App ID and Secret Key

Things do seem to be working well on the site in spite of this warning and I can't get past the FB check unless I just skip it.

Not sure why this occurs, but at the bottom of the page, I see:
SourceCoast Subscription Status
User: Haim BaradSubscription: JFBConnectExpires: Feb 21, 2016 (Expired)Last Checked: 2015/12/16

Why hasn't the subscription status been checked recently? My subscription is valid.

In your Facebook Application settings, there's an option for "Allow API Access to App Settings". It sounds like that's been disabled. You'll need to re-enable that setting if you want to run Autotune.

Not sure why this occurs, but at the bottom of the page, I see:

I'm unsure why it's showing that too. The requests your making to SourceCoast aren't being denied though and your subscription is active. We only update that line in your site whenever you run Autotune. It's possible because the API call to Facebook is failing that something in our code isn't updating the subscription status row properly. I don't think it should be causing you any issues though.
