Hello there,

I've browsed through the forum but did not find a solution to my problem.

I've installed JFBConnect and everything is working fantastic on computer.

On mobile (iPhone 4, 5, 6) on the other hand - I have some issues.

My site: eskerfeldt.se

The LinkedIn, Google, Windows login (and/or register) is working just fine - but Facebook login does not work.

On Safari, Opera Mini clicking the button nothing happens.

On Chrome you'll get an error message advicing you to use Safari instead (which is OK).

Please advice,

In the JFBConnect backend > Configuration > Facebook tab, could you try setting the "Show 'Login Credentials' in popup" option to No? I could see that having the popup may be problematic for some mobile devices.

Trying the FB login on your site shows that your application is still in development mode. Have you tried temporarily switching it live to see if there is any change?

Fantastic! Now it works :-)

First, my bad, I missed making my Facebook app live.
That did not solve the problem though.

But changing the "Show 'Login Credentials' in popup" option to No solved the problem.
