What is the problem ?

I do see that you have an active subscription. In Autotune, go to the Facebook App tab and click on the refresh button in our toolbar. This will usually be all that you need to do to clear up the problem, so let us know if you continue to have the issue after that.

Please verify that you have entered your subscription ID correctly. On our site sourcecoast.com, navigate to My Account menu > My Profile. On the righthand side of the page is the 'SourceCoast Subscriber ID'. This is the value that should be entered in the JFBConnect configuration area or in Autotune. Sometimes, a transaction ID, payment ID or username has been placed incorrectly in this field.
