Hello.

JFB Connect is great, but we have problem. We are a social media platform with a registration and its very important that every user confirms the conditions. When a user registers with facebook then he has nowhere to confirm the terms and conditions. Is there a setting for that?

And: we do not get the mails are a new user has logged on.

Looking briefly at the page you've run Autotune for, it appears that you're using EasySocial. If you want the user to be forced to accept terms and conditions, then you will need to set the 'Registration Component' setting in JFBConnect to "EasySocial". When the user presses the social network login buttons, they will then proceed to the EasySocial registration flow and whatever you've set in that component for the terms/conditions will apply.
