getFieldList - Error: Could not communicate with SourceCoast.com was created by kaswei

I am getting the following error and message when trying autotune:

Error
getFieldList - Error: Could not communicate with SourceCoast.com to fetch up-to-date information.
getAuthorization - Error: Could not communicate with SourceCoast.com to fetch up-to-date information.

Message
Could not fetch application and recommendation data from SourceCoast.com. Cached values were loaded, but may be out of date.
It's highly recommended that you make a successful connection to get the most up to date application data and recommendations.

I have had my hosts open up for the following URLs in the firewall:
www.sourcecoast.com
www.facebook.com
api.facebook.com
api-read.facebook.com
graph.facebook.com

However the problem persists...

I am planning on using the Facebook login and Linkedin login.

The most common cause of the above error is:
* cURL is not allowed on your host. Check the System Information area and in the PHP section, look for "disable_functions" and make sure curl_exec or any other curl functions aren't listed there.
* Your server isn't accepting sourcecoast's SSL certificate. You may need to contact your hosting provider to make sure the root certificates are up to date on the server.

Let me know if either of those helps. If cached values are being loaded, it means you were able to connect at some point. We'll have to determine what's different now.
