In reference to oakcreekwatershed.org/ AND www.sedinaz.org/

The site's Link to Post is not working.
In AutoTune, Stream Test is working.
Says I expired on the bottom of my SourceCoast page, August 19, 2015 - last checked 8/5/15, but on my Error Check page it says:
Authorization Failed
We're sorry, your subscription could not be validated. The online error check tool is only available to active subscribers.
Please check your Subscriber Id in the "Basic Info" step and retry.
Subscription Information:
user: [tmsrDD]
subscription: JFBConnect
expires: Feb 18, 2016

NOTE - it "sees" my expiration in Feb 2016!

I renewed on August 3, 2015 - with successful indicators everywhere that it went through.

Please advise ASAP. Clients not happy.
Thank you,
tmsrDD

Yes, I see that you have a valid subscription. Can you go into the Facebook app tab in Autotune and push the refresh button? Generally, this will correct any issues with seeing the correct subscription status in Autotune. Let me know if this does not work.

The site's Link to Post is not working.

On the oakcreekwatershed.org/ site, I see the stream module.
1. I don't see the link at all. Can you turn on the 'Show Post Link' and 'Show Link Info' options in the SCSocialStream module.
2. If the links are incorrect when enabled, please let me know when they're turned on and displayed so that I can see what's the specific links to the post we're creating. We have a bug fix that's going into the next release for links that are generated incorrectly.

Just to follow up on what Melissa said about your new subscription:
* We see successful calls to Autotune from today. Please let us know if you're still seeing the authorization failed messages.
* You received an email about your renewal activation because it was just activated. You re-purchased in early August (thank you!), but your old subscription hadn't expired yet. It just did, so the new one was activated. That process makes sure you don't lose any time and your new subscription is actually for the 6 months you paid for.

Thanks,
Alex

Mel,
On the homepage of oakcreekwatershed.org, I see that you are correct, the Link to post is not even showing - however, on the "inside pages, such as this:
oakcreekwatershed.org/creek-resources

It is -? (Why is that, they are not showing on the homepage?)

Alex,
My subscription, paid weeks in advance to renew, expired on August 19, not August 21. The gap in time may be causing the issue? In any event, the update in my Joomla is showing it was last checked August 5 -! What can I do to make it "check" it again?

Looking forward to help here. Thanks,
tmsrDD

Mel,
You wrote this:

I am logged into Joomla, in the Component ->JFBConnect, on the Facebook App page, and I cannot see a Refresh button anywhere. I looked on all of these sub-tabs:
Application
Website Links
Presentation
Canvas
Page Tab
Migrations

Please advise.

You need to go into Autotune and then into the FB App section. That's where the refresh button is located.

I hope that helps,
Alex

I do not see a refresh button. Please - where is that? I am on the Facebook App page.

I see this:
Facebook App Fetched: 2015-08-21 15:29:52 | SourceCoast Fields Fetched: 2015-08-05 23:40:44

But no Refresh button - and at the bottom of that, it still claims my subscription is expired:
Subscription: JFBConnectExpires: Aug 19, 2015 (Expired)Last Checked: 2015/08/05

I am in Joomla! 3.4.3

The Refresh button is in the top menu bar next to the Forward/Back/Exit Autotune buttons. P;ease let us know if you still have difficulty finding it.

Thank you,
Alex

Thank you. I [finally] found that Refresh button (!). Refreshed on the Facebook App page and my JFB Subscription now reads Expires: Feb. 18, 2016

Link to post still not working. I tried in a different browser, going to this page:
oakcreekwatershed.org/creek-resources

First Facebook post is August 18. Click on the Link to Post - says: Sorry, this page isn't available
The URL on this Facebook page is:
www.facebook.com/482556441788207/posts/482556441788207

...which has a duplication...?

If I follow that Facebook post's individual post when logged into the Oak Creek Watershed's Facebook account, I believe it should be:
www.facebook.com/oakcreekwatershed.org/posts/935418703168643

What is set wrong, please?

That looks like the same bug that we've recently encountered and are fixing for the next release. Can you try the workaround I provided here to see if your issue resolved?
