That looks like the SCLogin module. Please see this link for info on how to change the theme.

I am interested in changing the font, and the fonts are not there. Excuse my ignorance, where are they?

What fonts are you trying to change? The SCLogin module tries to inherit the styles from your template for some of the fields. If there's something you want to change though, you'd add your specific fonts using the themes information from the link Melissa shared earlier.
