import user_location in my language

A user's location is represented by a Facebook Page. That Page has a name, and usually, it's in English.

Can you go to Facebook.com and go to your own profile page. In the sidebar will be a "Lives in ..." item. Click that and go to the Facebook Page that represents your city. That Page is likely using an English title. If not, please let us know what Facebook Page you're brought to and we can investigate further.
