When I list Manage Components under Extensions, I see the following message under the JFBConnect Component.

Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /home/stedica/public_html/administrator/components/com_installer/views/manage/view.html.php on line 104

I am trying to migrate from Joomla 2.5.28 to 3.3.6 so I tried to uninstall this component, but I get the following error message:

JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /home/stedica/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/administrator/install/install.modules

Please help

Regarding the screenshot, are you using some sort of extension manager in addition to Joomla? The information icon is not standard with Joomla.

JFile: :read: Unable to open file: /home/stedica/public_html/administrator/components/com_jfbconnect/administrator/install/install.modules

Does that file actually exist or is there read permission on the file? If you've uninstalled then it's possible it was removed. Can you trying installing JFBConnect one more time and then try to uninstall again?
