JFBConnect uses Joomla email notification system to notify administrators of new users. We don't have any methods to notify additional people when users register over a social network.

There may be User plugins available that can email additional people during the registration process, but that would be outside of JFBConnect. The benefit of a user plugin is that it would work for all registrations, and not just JFBConnect ones.
