Hi,
After updating to JFConnect 1.6.1, I've been forced to disable JFBCSystem plugin.
Enabling it is causing me two major problems:
- urls won't be validated at developers.facebook.com
/tools/debug
- facebook like and share buttons are not displaying. Firebug reveals they are disactivated. Please See attachments
Any idea how to fix it and enable FBCSystem?
Tips and hints much appreciated.
Best Regards.

Apart screenshots, the context is a follow:
- Joomla! 2.5.22 - PHP 5.3.15 - fpm-fcg - nginx 1.2.1

The FB Share button you show in the HTML is not from JFBConnect. The 6.1 release of JFBConnect updates the Facebook Javascript library to use the new Graph API that Facebook introduced in May and will require next year.

My guess is that whatever your using to include the Like buttons is using the older Javascript library. Both libraries cannot be used on the same page at the same time as they will conflict.

You'll need to either:
* Upgrade to using JFBConnect's built-in social sharing features. These can be automatically added to all content on your site and will appear similar to what you show in your image.
* Disable the inclusion of the old Facebook Javascript library in the other extension your using for sharing buttons.

I hope that helps get you started, but if you need more help, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi Alex,
Many thanks for your reactivity and accuracy.

This was the fix.
Everything is working now like a charme. ;)

Glad to hear you got it going. I'm hoping you upgraded to our social buttons. They will prevent all conflicts going forward since they are known to work with our other features. It also is faster to use ours as other sharing modules will re-include more Javascript that isn't required, as you've seen.

Either way though, happy to hear it's working. If you need anything else from us, just let me know.

Finally, if you haven't already, please consider leaving a rating and review for JFBConnect, or our support, on the Joomla Extension Directory. It certainly isn't required, but is very appreciated:

Thanks,
Alex
