When I run the Autotune -> Error Check tool on your page, the following error is reported:

Test: Facebook Javascript library inclusion
Warn: Another Facebook extension is installed, including the Facebook Javascript library, and may conflict.

That is the problem. The newest version of JFBConnect is updated to use the new Facebook Javascript library from Facebook.

Your site is also loading the older Javascript library, and that needs to be disabled. It looks to be from your Gavick template. Please disable the social login features in your template and re-run Autotune until that error goes away.

I hope that helps,
Alex

Hey Alex,

I have another question for you the reason i updated to the newer version is regarding the error which i was facing with facebook new user regaistration and k2 captcha plugin.
The error was when I try to register new user on my site (b5cares.com/) using Facebook, it redirects me to the k2 regsitration page as I have been using it for the regaistration with recaptcha instead of normal joomla form. It shows me the following error "The words you typed did not match the ones displayed. Please try again.", I thought the error is with K2 captcha I did work fine, But i still captcha on the site. I will attach an image with this email. Can you help me in resloving this one. Lots of thanks for helping me in the previous question.

No problem. That's what the Autotune tool is for. It generally helps avoid some common issues and can get you going pretty fast without needing to contact us. Of course, we have no problems if you do contact us, we just like to make things even easier on your end when possible.

Captcha
I'm a little confused as to what your current configuration is. Can you explain a little more... are you using K2's captcha or Joomla's built-in captcha? K2's captcha seems to want to check the captcha field whenever a new user is created, even if they didn't go through the 'normal' registration process. That means that when we try to automatically create a user, they fail captcha.. even though they never saw the field to begin with. Joomla's captcha doesn't have that bug, so we recommend using the Joomla captcha.

From listening to our users, Joomla's captcha suits their registration needs. I still think you can enable K2's captcha for non-registration stuff, like new comments, so that you don't loose any of the spam protection you may want/need.

I hope that helps explain, but if you need anything else, just let me know!

Thanks,
Alex
