Can connect to facebook

You'd probably need to contact your hosting company. My guess is that the IP address of the 'live' server has been flagged by Facebook as being malicious in the past. This can happen on shared servers where one IP address hosts hundreds (or thousands) of websites. If one of them is bad enough (or multiple somewhat bad sites) are on that IP, Facebook can take the heavy hand against them.

If you can let me know the specific error you get, that may help as well, along with your domain name so that we can investigate a little further.

Finally, please try to post from the account you have the subscription to JFBConnect from. That helps us look up your Autotune history and aids in investigating.

Sorry for the delayed response. For your subscription, it seems like you have multiple accounts on this site. The subscription is actually under 'robcor2', which was linked with a Facebook account. The robcor1 account is linked using Facebook. We can help merge those accounts together if you'd like.

As for the error your reporting, we've never seen that. Doing a little investigation, it should only appear when you're trying to post a comment or send a message to another user. It shouldn't happen at all when you're trying to set configuration settings for your application. I'm a bit dumbfounded as to what's happening there.

In the 2 pictures, one (without the message) seems to show more Autotune warnings (tabs with red numbers). When was that picture taken? Do you not always get the message, or does that message only happen when you click the "Save Custom Settings"?

Finally, are you running into any Facebook authentication issues on the front-end? The app settings above *look* correct, from the ones I can see, but I don't know if those are you test/dev site settings. They look like 'live' settings. If you are running into functional issues on the front-end, let me know what they are so we can investigate further.

I updated your Facebook and to be linked with this robcor1 account. I also moved your JFBConnect subscription to this account. Now, you can login with your robcor1 user credentials or Facebook or Google and you'll get to this account.

One thing to note though is that your Autotune Subscriber ID will have been changed due to the subscription change. You'll need to go to the My Account -> My Profile area and get your new Subscriber ID to run Autotune.

As for your issue, I'm still completely confused as to why Facebook is throwing that strange message during Autotune. What I would recommend bypassing the Autotune App Configuration area and going straight to the Facebook App Developer Area . Edit your application and go to the Settings area. In there, ensure that the "Website URL" setting is correct for your live site. This should be your home page, which from your pictures above, I'd assume is "sportsace.com.au"

Once that's updated, the login warning you're receiving will hopefully go away. That error is thrown because the Website URL doesn't match the page you're trying to login from, which is a no-no in Facebook's eyes.
