You must have a valid SSL certificate issued by a recognized certificate authority. We have a guide for SSL certificates for Facebook and Joomla which provides information on how to get and install a certificate.

Right now, your certificate is not valid on your site and will not load in browsers when I go to the https version of your site. I have to confirm the security exception for the page to load, and that's not something you can do with a Facebook App.

It wouldn't be a server issue that's preventing the button from showing. It's either a Twitter restriction on your country/IP address or a browser issue. For your browser, it could be an add-on/extension you have installed that's preventing the Twitter button from showing. Again, I'd recommend trying in other browsers or from different computers altogether. Please let me know what browsers don't work for you. What I see is below:
