Can you tell me what version of JFBConnect you're using with and where you obtained it from? I don't see any subscriptions under this account or another account that looks like it belongs to you. Once we have your subscription details and know you were using an authentic version of JFBConnect, we should be able to gladly help get you going. Unfortunately, there are altered versions of JFBConnect that are distributed by other channels. We can't support versions and releases to users who haven't subscribed using our site. If you obtained JFBConnect from elsewhere, you'd need to contact them for support.
In general though, the issue you report is not something we've heard of before. We'll gladly help investigate once we have more information.
