As for your question, there was no attachment in the post. Please make sure you click the green arrow icon to insert the image into the post after you upload it. I'm not sure what you're asking about without more information. Just to make sure you understand the invite functionality, a user accepting the request should be redirected to your site (whatever Destination URL you set). They won't automatically have an account created for them though, if that's what you're looking for.
