Topic-icon Authorization Failed on Error Check STEP

I am able to start AutoTune, however when I reach the "Error Check" step, I get the error below:


Authorization Failed
We're sorry, your subscription could not be validated. The online error check tool is only available to active subscribers.
Please check your Subscriber Id in the "Basic Info" step and retry.

Subscription Information:
user: User Not Found!
subscription: No Subscription Found!
expires: No Subscription Found!

I'm not seeing any failed Autotune authorizations with your Subscriber ID. Can you go to the My Account -> My Profile area and make sure you are using the correct Subscriber ID?

Please note that when you update your password on this site, your Subscriber ID changes. If you changed your password recently, your Subscriber ID will need to be re-entered into JFBConnect.

Thanks. Yeah I just checked and it appears that my subscription changed. I've re-entered the new one and it's working now. Do you think that might be the reason why I am not seeing the CREATE POST button. See thread here: www.sourcecoast.com/forums/jfbconnect/jf...-to-fb-automatically

Glad to hear that got you going. No, the Autotune issue wouldn't have anything to do with the Create Post issue. I just responded to that thread, and hopefully we can get you going soon.
