I'm not seeing any failed Autotune authorizations with your Subscriber ID. Can you go to the My Account -> My Profile area and make sure you are using the correct Subscriber ID?
Please note that when you update your password on this site, your Subscriber ID changes. If you changed your password recently, your Subscriber ID will need to be re-entered into JFBConnect.
