Hi,

I have upgraded to the lastest version 6.0.2. After upgrade I ran the Autotune. Now I get the following error-message: Your Subscriber ID was not associated with an active JFBConnect subscription. I do have an active subscriber ID. What happened and how to solve this

Solved!

It seems that my subscriber ID was changed. Working fine now!

Glad you got that resolved. Your subscriber ID is made up of a few pieces of your account on SourceCoast.com, one of those being your password. So, if you've updated that, your Subscriber ID will change.
