Sorry for the delayed response!
I'm not sure why you'd be seeing that error. The new Cloud Console has been fixed and should properly be saving the full callback URL. You shouldn't need to revert to the "Original Console" as some older forum posts recommended.
As for the error, can you take an image of your configuration of your Google application settings? If you're getting to that error, my guess is that all other settings are right, but I just don't know.
Specifically, again, double check your callback url setting. It should be:
http://www.pinoleros.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=google
http://pinoleros.com/index.php?option=com_jfbconnect&task=authenticate.callback&provider=google
Beyond that, my only suggestion would be to try and create a new Google application and re-follow each step of the
Google Application configuration guide
. There's only been one other time (in 6 months and a lot of users) that that's been necessary, but it did seem to fix the other user. We were never sure if it was an incorrect setting by the user or an issue on Google's part, so I don't know if that's a 'real' solution or not.
