I'm not sure. We haven't heard of that issue and I'm not sure what would be causing it. Can you make sure you're using the latest version of JFBConnect and Joomla?
The latest versions are Joomla 2.5.18 or Joomla 3.2.2 and JFBConnect 6.0.1. If you're not on the latest, that would be our first suggestion as it's possible the issue is already fixed on one of those releases.
If that doesn't help, please let us know what versions you are using.
