There is an account for a user named "Webspacedesign". However, that subscription expired last year and is no longer active. There isn't any user in our system with the username "Ideate". It's possible they contacted us using our "Contact Us" form though, but didn't use that name. I'm not sure.
As for our subscriptions, they are for a 6 month period. When you subscribe, you'll be able to download the latest release (currently v6.0.1). Installing it should upgrade whatever version you're currently using and implement the new features and bug-fixes from our
Changelog
. Facebook and other social networks are constantly changing, and we're always working to make sure everything works well with our extensions and their updates.
All subscriptions also include 6 months of priority support in our forums, where we should be able to help you out with any issues that you may be running into.
