The image is taken from the Open Graph tags that JFBConnect should be inserting on the page. Please make sure you have the Open Graph plugins enabled for any extensions you have on your site, and that should help select the best image tags for your content.
There are ways to set the image on a specific page as well, by adding the following tags to any page on your site:
{SCOpenGraph image=http://yoursite.com/link-to-image.jpg}
You can always test what Facebook sees by running your page through the
Facebook URL Debug Tool
. That will also update Facebook's cached data in case you make any changes.
