I just tested on your site. Here's what I'm seeing:
a) You upgraded to JFBConnect v6.0.2
b) When I type a message in the chat box, it appears as expected
Are you seeing the same thing? If so, great! That means the original issues you ran into are gone now. Please let me know if you're seeing the same good behavior and/or if you're still having issues with your chat box.

Now, for the "Give URL ... " issue. That should be something that Autotune can fix for you. Can you:
1) Go into the JFBConnect admin area
2) Click the Autotune icon in the menu bar.
3) Go to the Facebook Application section
4) Click "Refresh" in the menu bar
5) Check that all settings are at the recommended values. Or, at least if they aren't, that they are wrong for the right reasons.. :)

If that doesn't work, you may need to edit your settings in the Facebook Developer area . In there, go to Settings and make sure you have only 1 App Domain configured and that it's the correct one for your site "gre....com". Then, make sure your Site URL is correct as well "http://gre....com/"

I hope that helps, but if not, let us know. I'm glad it seems like we're making progress!

Thanks,
Alex

Does anyone know how I can change the "Text Writing" (Connect this site to your Social network?)

Thanks,

I'm not sure what you mean by "Text Writing", but the other part about "(Connect this site to your Social network?) " is an option in the SCLogin module under the Logout View Settings. You can disable the ability for a user to connect their Joomla account to the social networks there.

If you're looking to change the text that's shown, you should edit our language files in /language/en_GB/en_GB.mod_sclogin.ini (or whatever language you're using).

I hope that helps,
Alex

Where can I locate this "/language/en_GB/en_GB.mod_sclogin.ini"?

The /language directory is a folder in your Joomla installation. That directory stores all the files for translations for different languages. The /language/en_GB/en_GB.mod_sclogin.ini file is the SCLogin language translation file. When you edit the file, you'll see the different strings for the SCLogin module which can be modified easily to alter what they show to your users.

When you edit them, please make a backup so that you have any changes. When you install an update, your language files may be overwritten and you'll need to re-implement any changes you've made.

I hope that helps answer your question,
Alex

Hey Alex, we are currently switching over to Joomla 3x. After loading the JFBconnect i noticed that there are modules missing. The Facebook and Twitter feed is no longer there. Am I missing something?

If you were on JFBConnect v5.x previously and upgraded to JFBConnect 6.0, the modules would have changed. In JFBConnect v5.x we had separate modules for each of our social widgets, which became cumbersome to develop for and hard for users to manage. In JFBConnect v6.0, there is now the SCSocialWidget module. In there, you can configure any of the available social widgets we support.

I hope that helps get you going, but if not, or you need more assistance, just let me know.

Thanks,
Alex
