I'm not sure what's happening there. It appears that our Javascript is not being inserted into the page properly, but I've never seen that problem.

Can you try re-ordering the JFBCSystem plugin to either the first or last positions and see if either of those positions help fix the issue? If not, we'll have to investigate further, but I'm really not sure what would be doing that.
