Topic-icon I am getting a error code 303 and not allowing facebook login

Google seems to be connecting but not Facebook. I don't have a twitter account so cant test that. I see the com 303 error is because I have a redirect for my language!!! Please advise on what is wrong with facebook.

Can you let me know what site you're testing on so we can try ourselves? Is there any specific error message that is shown on the 303 page?

Any information you can provide on how to recreate or test will be very helpful. Also, when you mention a redirect for your language, are you using a 3rd party extension for translation, or the built-in Joomla system?

In general, JFBConnect should work just fine on a multi-lingual site.

I am getting the com 303 error when I do the auto tune at the end. When I try to test the connect using facebook it looks like it starts then just stops (see facebook login then stops doesn't login) My site is www.inlinespeedskaterhub.com.

The Autotune error is simply because your home page is setup with a language switcher and redirects to www.inlinespeedskaterhub.com/en/

Autotune currently doesn't follow redirections like that, though it's something we're hoping to implement soon.

For now, I've gone ahead and checked your home page manually. There are no issues that the Autotune tool would have found, so you should be good to go.

If you run into any functional issues with JFBConnect, just let us know.

Yes I read that the com 303 error was from the language template and I am not worried about that, however I can't get facebook connect to allow me to login with my facebook credentials. Please let me know how to fix this issue. I have verified my facebook api and settings. Please take a look and let me now why I am having this issue.

When I try to login, the following Javascript error is thrown:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'modal'
That's because the Bootstrap Javascript library is not being loaded. Please enable the "Include jQuery/Bootstrap" setting in JFBConnect. It's enabled by default, but you disabled it, and that's why the login functionality isn't working now.

Hopefully that gets you going, but if not, let us know.

I changed that setting however it still isn't working.

In firefox I get the message saying its logging me in with facebook, then displays this message on my home page.(We were unable to retrieve your Facebook account information. Please try again.)

On internet explorer I get a window (see attached screen shot) either option just returns me to my homepage without logging me in.

That error is usually an indication of a conflicting extension that's preventing authentication and communication with Facebook from happening normally. There are other issues that may be causing it as well though.

What I would recommend is:
1) Check if you have any other Facebook or social login extensions installed. If so, please disable them.
2) Go to the JFBConnect -> Configuration area and set the "Enable Debugging" setting to "Yes". That may display other error/debug information when logging in that could help narrow things down.
3) Try logging in with the other options (Google/Twitter) and see if those work properly. That will narrow things down a bit.

I have Jomsocial installed but have JFBconnect selected to be used with facebook. Also it seems that google is working.
Noother errors, please help what I need to do to get this resolved ASAP.
