This plugin requires JomSocial v2.4.0 or later to be installed. You are using v1.4.2.

Like that is way off jomsocial Version: 3.0.4

Can you go to your Joomla Extensions Manager -> Manage area. Then, filter by component and look for:
Community
JomSocial

We've seen odd cases where there are 2 installed, and one of them has a really old version. We think this is a bug with really early versions of JomSocial, if you've been using it for a while. If that doesn't turn up anything, search for "1.4.2" to see if anything comes up with that version... it'd be nice to know what JFBConnect is detecting, even if incorrectly.

when i try to click with facebook the window pops up but just opens and closes.

The cause of that is usually that your Facebook app is still in Sandbox mode. It, alternatively, could be a Javascript/jQuery error. In that case, try enabling the "Include jQuery" setting in JFBConnect and test with that.

On your site, I'm not seeing the login buttons from JFBConnect. We'll gladly test further if you let us know where to look.

Thanks,
Alex

Vizionz,
Sorry for the issue installing the JomSocial profile plugin. The issue was that there are some plugins on your site using the 'com_community' element name in the database. That's perfectly valid, and we just weren't being specific enough in our query to make sure we got the right version number. I rebuilt and installed the plugin for you, and that update will be in the next release.

As for the logging in issues, the problem is that the Bootstrap Javascript (which is needed for the modal 'You are now being logged in' popup) wasn't being included on your page. I enabled the "Include jQuery" option in JFBConnect and it seems to work now. If you'd prefer to not load our jQuery and Bootstrap combo, you can disable the "Show 'Logging In' popup".

I hope that helps get you going, but if not, let me know.

Thanks,
Alex

Facebook changed how remote app configuration can be performed on Wednesday. They didn't provide any warning, and that broke our Autotune service. We'll be releasing an update v5.2.1 release in a few hours which should fix Autotune, as well as multiple other minor issues in the v5.2.0 release.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience,
Alex
