There's a few possibilities as to what could be happening, and all should be easy to solve. We'd need to know a bit more about your configuration and what's actually happening though. Can you let me know:
* What version of JomSocial you're using?
* What version of JFBConnect you're using?
From there, we should be able to investigate further.
