I can't get to my home page or any of my news pages. It worked fine before updating to JFBC 5 today. Here's the error I get.

HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

My home page is www.grizzledgamer.com
A page you can reach is www.grizzledgamer.com/forums

Help please.

If you're using the JFBCSubscribe module, that's likely the issue. That module was removed in v5.0 and replaced with the JFBCFollow module, which is updated with changes from Facebook.

If that's not the problem, can you:
* Enable Error Reporting and turn GZip compression 'off' in the Global Configuration area of Joomla. Then, try the home page again and hopefully the error message will pinpoint the problem.
* Disable any JFBCxxx modules you have enabled and see if that corrects the problem.

Keep us posted if the above helps or not, and we'll gladly help how we can.

Thanks,
Alex

It's the JFBC Login module that's the problem. (Should I be using SC Login? SC Login doesn't display properly on my page. It seems to get cut off at the bottom so all.)

I'm using the Joomla login module for now.

Thanks again.

Yes, the JFBCLogin module was discontinued over a year ago. The SCLogin module is it's replacement. If you're having issues with it, we can help with some styles that may work with your template. Additionally, the 'next' SCLogin module is in beta now and has been completely overhauled with new options, views, and even a modal popup option. If interested, check out our Enhanced Login module for Joomla blog post.

If you'd prefer the standard Joomla login module, you can always add our {JFBCLogin} tag to the module or anywhere else on the page to make the Login with Facebook button appear as well.

Hope that helps,
Alex
