Hi, Alex.

I'm getting the following error when running Autotune (see attached pic for further details)

Test: Facebook Javascript library inclusion
Warn: Another Facebook extension is installed, including the Facebook Javascript library, and may conflict.

Could you assist me on solving this issue? The site is fsgs.com.br

Thanks!

The extension that's adding the other Facebook Javascript library is surrounding the code with:

Start Scrolling Share Bar Plugin

So, my guess would definitely be to look into that extensions to see if you can disable it's inclusion of the Facebook Javascript. The way it's including it would likely cause some problems as it's initializing the library in a very basic way without all the features that JFBConnect expects to be enabled.

Hope that helps get you going,
Alex

Hi Alex,

We are got the same error after upgrading to 5.0. As you suggested, we disabled another module which was having a 2nd all.js. Now the autotuning error has gone but the comments and like are not showing up anymore on the front end at all.

Everything was working fine until we upgraded to 5.0

Need an urgent fix

regards

Did you disable a module that was supposed to be putting the Like and Comment box on the home page? Can you replace that with the JFBCComments and JFBCLike modules?

We'll need more information on what you disabled, what it's function was, and how the Like and Comment box should be working in order to help. You should be able to replace other Facebook modules with ones provided in JFBConnect though.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Hi Alex, The other module was just a module for facebook page like.

We have only used like and comments for K2 by enabling them through JFBConnect

We are running Joomla 2.5.9 , JFBConnect 5.0

here is a page goo.gl/AWKF1

Thanks for the link to your home page. Looking at the HTML, I don't see anywhere that the comment box should be loading. Should it show on the home page? If not, what page should it show on?

From what I can tell, there's no comment box that should be showing. Can you let us know what other module you disabled and what it's function was? Was it a comment box, or something else?

Also, if the comments should be showing in K2, can you check your settings in the "Social" area of JFBConnect and make sure it's enabled to show in the category and view that you're testing with? If not, again, let us know a page the comments should be showing on, if its not the home page.

Thanks,
Alex

I'm not sure why the comments are displaying on that page. Can you check that the JFBC Content plugin is enabled. If it is enabled, then I'm not sure what's going wrong.

In that case, can you Private Message me a set of super admin credentials so we can investigate the issue further?

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks for the credentials. I just tried to login though and got "Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.". That means the login information was correct, but I'm not able to login to the admin area.

Can you fix that, test the credentials, and let us know when we can get in to investigate?

Thanks,
Alex
