JFBConnect works great but when you click the like or send button then the Google+ thumbnail is used. I have read some of the other post and did everything I could find including, installing open graph content plugin and ran the developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object, which showed the right image. Can you help with what I am doing wrong?

PJ,
Your site looks to have been marked as spam by Facebook. When I click the Like button, it then turns into a "Confirm" link which needs to be clicked again. Then, there's a new popup that I must approve. In that popup, I see the G+ image and the following title/description:

Do You Have Yellow Headlights?
Headlight Restoration Services - The professional headlight repair service specializing in restoring your discolored and cloudy headlights.

I can't find that text anywhere on the page, so I'm assuming that's either from a different page or from previous text you may have had.

Once a page is marked as spammy (which is done for many, many reasons including users marking it so, strange behavior, devious practices and lots of other things), FB's cached data for that page won't be updated nearly as frequently.

Clearing up that Confirm link just takes time and enough user's actually clicking the Like/Confirm links without later marking it spammy. Obviously, if there's anything you may be doing to buy, promote, or otherwise get Like's for your site that aren't 'organic', you should stop that.

Hope that gives you a little explanation, but if you have any other questions let me know. Unfortunately, there's not anything we can do within JFBConnect to fix that.

Thanks,
Alex

Thanks Alex,

I am not sure why that page has the text Do you have yellow headlights? and the other text is from my site meta description. I am not doing any devious practices etc; however it is probably my inexperience. I have not tried to even promote this website yet. If I delete the article and redo it will that clear up the spammy with Facebook?
Does this issue have anything to do with the wrong image?

Hi Alex,

I think the issue with the wrong images has been solved; however the confirm issue is on every page. Can it be that I am testing the like button it Facebook thinks my likes are not valid etc.

I guess maybe it should be set to sandbox mode?
Regards,
Pierre
