I wouldn't be too worried about it if it seems to be working now. It sounds like our SourceCoast library didn't uninstall properly (usually a permissions issue on the files). The only thing I can suggest is going into the Extension Manager and check the version of the "SourceCoast Library" and make sure its v2.0.0.
