I believe you have something wrong in your server configuraton. When I use an automated tool to fetch your page, it comes back with an error. Try entering your URL below to test:
www.webconfs.com/http-header-check.php

There could be a lot of causes for that like an improper .htaccess file, firewall or other security measures. I don't have any great suggestions where to start, but you'll need to narrow down the cause of the error first.
