Hi issue trying to update 4.3.4 was created by alaqua

Was trying to update to jfbc 4.3.4 but got this error

Copy failed
JInstaller: :Install: Failed to copy file /home/rparcnet/public_html/tmp/install_50ea342765be3/component/views/opengraph/tmpl/settings.php to /home/rparcnet/public_html/components/com_jfbconnect/views/opengraph/tmpl/settings.php

Some help needed

That's a permissions issue on your filesystem. You'll need to check the 'owner' of your tmp and /administrator/components/ directory to see if they are correct for the system user that is running Apache. If none of that makes sense, you'd need to contact your hosting provider to check the file permissions.
