Is it possible to prevent the use of pop-ups when logging in with JFBConnect?

It is giving me a hard time when installing my web site as a web app in IOS, as by default web app only allow a single window.

Thanks

Ramon,
What popup, in particular? The actual authentication popup where it asks for the user's email and password for Facebook, or the popup saying "You are now being logged in with your Facebook credentials"? The first one is difficult to get rid of as we need to authenticate the user somehow. The latter popup can be disabled in the JFBConnect configuration area.

Let me know if that helps, or what you're looking to do, and we'll help how we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Ramón,
The user needs to be able to authenticate and provide their FB email and password. There's no way we can get rid of that step, unless you don't want Facebook registration/login on your site. As for the "You are now being logged in" popup, that can be disabled in JFBConnect's configuration area.

If there's other thoughts or ideas you have on how we can do things better, just let us know.

Thanks,
Alex

The facebook API supports an authentication scheme where popups are not used, instead it works by redirecting the browser to the facebook page and back. On the URL, parameters are passed so that tokens are passed back and forth in a secure manner.

Is JFBConnect compatible with it?

In my case it is usefull as as only one browser window is used, and hence compatible with IOS web apps.
