Topic-icon no comments on Facebook page

We have installed JFBConnect with Joomla 2.5. Comment box on the website works fine, comments show up nicely on the page, but I don't see these comments appear on our Facebook page. Am I doing something wrong?

It depends. There's a few ways to enhance the comments that are used on your Joomla side to help ensure they will show up on a user's Facebook profile. To get that going, we'd need to know a bit more about your configuration. Can you let us know what version of JFBConnect you are using? Also, please provide a link where we can see the comment box to make sure there are no configuration issues on that page.

Finally, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

Hi there,

I'll take this over from my colleague, we have a Support package and I just bought the JCB subscription, less than a week ago so it must be the latest version. I was having a conversation about the double source code showing up if you remember .

Thanks Elisabeth. We can work with anyone, and even add your subscription Nelleke's account if that would make requesting support easier. We just need to know there's a subscription underneath somewhere.

As for the Comment box not posting to the user's wall, there's an option for "Op Facebook plaatsen" under the comment area. When that setting is checked, the comment should go to the user's wall. Is that not happening, or is there some other behavior you're expecting?

I do see we are getting all our posts now and there doesnt seem to be any issue currently ! Looks very good in fact :-)
As we are so so busy right now I asked Nelleke to post this question but usually it's me so you dot really need to add her to the account.

Great to hear things are going well, and no problem about having other people post. If you ever feel you need other people on your team to manage support, just let us know. We have no problem 'sharing' subscriptions among your users.
