You'll need to obtain a subscription to JFBConnect if you need support. Priority support takes time and effort to provide, and it's only for our active subscribers.
I'm not sure what happened, but without knowing that you used the original downloadable files from our site, it's difficult to investigate what caused your issue. We've never heard of this problem with our files from any of subscribing users. We have heard of similar issues with files that are downloaded from from other places which distribute our commercial extensions. Many times, those files are modified to add other code and do things (like steal passwords, open backdoors, and other malicious things on your site) we never intended. It's not something we support at all since it's not always our code. Y
