The SCLogin module has an option to show the user's Facebook Profile Picture to them while they are logged in. If you're looking to store the user's picture and show it to other users, you'll need to have a 3rd party profile system installed like JomSocial, Community Builder, Kunena, or a few others. Then, use our Profile Plugins to import the user's profile into one of those extensions.
