{ JFBCLike } and other tags not working

Check in the Social Configuration -> Misc tab if you have set an "Admin Render Key". If so, you'll need to add key=xyz to the tag. So, if you have the Admin Render Key set to '11122', the tag should look like:
{JFBCLike key=11122}

Beyond that, check if you have the System - Cache plugin enabled. If so, it should be ordered after (higher number) than the JFBCSystem plugin. Re-order it and clear your Joomla cache.
