Those strings are in the /languages/xx_YY/xx_YY.mod_sclogin.ini file, not in the main component file. If you still have trouble translating them, just let us know, but they are definitely using Joomla language strings, so it should be easily done.
The "Login With Facebook" translation is in the component file because that can be used anywhere with the {JFBCLogin} tag, not just the SCLogin module.. in case you were curious
