, JFBConnect doesn't automatically send emails to all users. We only send new user emails to those users marked as "Receive System Emails". If your users are improperly marked with that setting, that's the problem. You'll need to remove that option from your users.
Hope that helps. If users are receiving that email and aren't marked with the Recieve System Email permission, let us know and we can look further, but that's not an issue we've heard of as a real bug.
