Removing the app from my facebook profile and reconnecting it made no difference either.

I'm not seeing the change in the file: www.localtradeclub.com/components/com_jf.../jfbconnect.js?v=421

Definitely tried with Firefox. Just tried again and logged in successfully. This isn't a new registration though. Is that when you're problem happens?

Either way, with Firefox, I'm testing with 14.0.1. If the button click isn't doing anything, going to Web Developer -> Error Console from the menu. Then, login and see if anything appears there. Specifically, you're looking for red Javascript errors.

Let us know,
Alex

OK this is what was happening.

Conflict in user emails and user names.
Philip Rees philrees contact @philiprjrees.com
Philip Rees Network CEO phil @localtradeclub.com
Philip Rees philip.rj.rees philip.rj.rees @gmail.com

Once i deleted the last account and readded it and then remapped the network CEO account (the one having trouble) it cleared it
Looked at the accounts of the people having problems - again multiple account users. Now cleared.

I know what to look out for now if i get any more complaints.

Thanks for helping me trouble shoot this alex. You are a STAR!!!

Can't really say I understand why that account was a problem, but I don't know anything about the FB user or other Joomla accounts you were using. Either way, glad you got it going!

We look forward to having you as an active subscriber again, but we realize that sometimes you need to take a break for various reasons. We never try to force people to subscribe, as I hope you can tell.. though we always love it when they choose to do so :D

Best of luck,
Alex

Hello!
I've upgraded the component, the problem was solved.. but now i've found new issues on all browsers.
The first one concerns the "Login with Facebook". It was working fine, but now is impossible to login. You can try it and will see what i mean www.cdf.gr/forum/index
If you wait, you will see an error page.

Another one problem is that very often, when I refresh some page on my site, i get this message "This email address is already registered." which can be duplicated many times.
If you need the access for my site, please tell me!

Regards,
Anastasios

Anastasios,
I was able to register and login to your site without any problems.

If you're seeing the "This email address is already registered" error, it means the Facebook user has an email address that is already in use on the site. That can probably be fixed by enabling the "Automatically link users by email" setting in JFBConnect or by logging into the site with your Joomla account and then clicking the "Connect?" button in the SCLogin module.

In general though, it sounds like there's an issue with the User Mapping of JFBConnect between the Joomla user's and the Facebook user's on your site. For the FB User you're logging in with, look up that email address in your User Manager area of Joomla... then, see if that user is "Mapped" to an account in the User Map area of JFBConnect. Check and see if that seems correct or not.

Hope that all helps,
Alex
