JFBConnect - CB issues

I don't have your admin credentials anymore. We delete those periodically as we don't want so many user's credentials

As for your issue, yes, the avatar should be updated every time (if you have "Import Profile Always" set, which it sound like you do). Can you tell me if the avatar is correctly pulled in the first time a user registers?

If not, it sounds like there's a problem fetching the avatar in general. In that case, JFBConnect will set the avatar to the CB default (by blanking out that row). I'd check to make sure your /tmp and /images/comprofiler directory are both writable. You can check the /tmp folder in the Directory Permissions area of Joomla in System Info. The /images/comprofiler you'll have to manually check.

If there are no avatars in /tmp, that's a sign it's unwritable or that there's some other communications issue going on. Let us know if that's the case. Otherwise, if they are there, it could be a problem with our conversion and transfer of the images to CB.
