AUP plugin for comments doesn't work

The system message may not work because the events are dynamic. Depending on your Joomla template and configuration, the message may show on the next load of a page. However, since the Like and Comment happen 'on-page' without going reloading the page, the point notification won't appear automatically. There's little we can do about that, unfortunately.

I'm not sure why the comment isn't working. Can you try setting up an email notification in JFBConnect and make sure that is properly being sent when a new comment is created? That will help narrow down where the issue lies. Also, please note that you will only be awarded for one comment per article. You won't get multiple point awards for multiple comments. That's to prevent spamming for points.
