Migrated a new site from a dev server to a live server. Changed all the settings in JFBC to reflect the new URLs and also changed all the setting on the dev.facebook.com site and confirmed everything.

LinkedIn and Twitter work fine, but for some reason, the Facebook comments box and the LIKE button for Facebook is not displaying. This worked fine on our development site.

DEV SITE: r4.versist.net

Live site: www.rockhillrun.com

Second issue: I run through the AutoTune and everything seems to work as expected except when I do the error check.

During the Autotune, when it gets to the Configuration Check page and plugin check page everything is green.

Then I go to the error check page and I get errors:

Warning: Issues were found with your site. Please check all tests below and correct any warnings or errors.

Test: JFBCSystem plugin is enabled
Fail: Not Enabled! Please enable in the Site Config area of Autotune or in the Joomla plugin manager.
Test: Facebook Javascript library inclusion
Fail: Please enable the JFBCSystem plugin to include the Facebook library on your site.
Test: Checking Facebook locale setting
Pass
Test: Checking for known-conflicting extensions
Pass

I confirmed that the plugins are enabled.

Any ideas???

Kevin,
The Like and Comment boxes are likely not showing due to a Facebook bug with an update to their Javascript library that they just released. For more information about that bug, and how to report your issue to them (highly recommended), please see:

For the Autotune, your template seems to be sending back the mobile version of your site when our automated tool tries to fetch the page. We're working on some tweaks to better pull back the HTML for the home page, and will try to fix this as well. I'd recommend disabling any template/mobile switcher you may have and try again.

Hope that helps,
Alex

Your suggestion about the AutoTune fixed that issue and I posted to Facebook about the other issue. Thanks as always for the great support.

No problem. We *hate* FB issues more than anyone :)

Glad the autotune thing got fixed. We're always working on improving it since it helps make life easier for everyone if it accurately diagnoses problems immediately. We currently don't set the User Agent when fetching pages, and think that when we do, it will fix issues like you saw (the template sees no user agent, so assumes it's a mobile device). That update will be done over the next few days.

As always, let us know if you run into anything else.

Alex
