Yes, when you update your JomSocial status, it can be pushed automatically to your Facebook wall. If that's not working, there are usually a few easy reasons, and all are easy to fix.

Please let me know what version of JFBConnect and JomSocial you are using, and we should be able to fix you up quickly.

Also, please post from the account you subscribed to JFBConnect from. Priority support is for active subscribers only.

The demo site isn't configured to do everything, as there are a lot of integrations going on there (for Community Builder, JomSocial, Kunena, and K2). Enabling every setting isn't possible because there can be issues in doing so (no 'real' sites have both CB and JomSocial installed).

For posting immediately from JomSocial to the user's Facebook wall, that's definitely possible with JFBConnect. For pulling in status from Facebook, that currently only happens on registration / login. We're hoping the next release will automatically pull it into JomSocial when it's updated on Facebook.
