Hi,

Just bought the component and installed into a live site for testing. All seems OK apart from this error when a new user registers

Error loading component: com_cck, 1

could you point us to were does this error appear, and also maybe which version of Joomla & jseblod are you using?

Try and login using Facebook and the error appears after registering. Also, try and edit your account, submit and the error occurs again.
Using Joomla 2.5.4, latest JFBConnect and a GavickPro template.

just registered to your website and saw the problem.

could you please verify the issue when registering directly to the website, without using JFBC?
the issue seems to be more related to the CCK extension than to JFBC.

if that is the case then this is more of a joomla/cck issue, and not really related to JFBC.
I suggest 2 things:

1. temporarily disable JFBC user profile plugin and see if the problem continues
2. look for a solution in the CCK forum/support

Thanks Mati,

I think I have sorted it. The Gavick template was incorrectly trying to call up some CCK component during registration for some reason.
Registration and Facebook Connect now seems to be working great, as does the Like module. I'll be having a play with the other features soon and am very impressed so far.
