"An error occurred with Luxury Residential Ltd. Please try later"

I installed JFB Connect yesterday on my site www.luxreslondon.co.uk and everything was working fine. I registered myself with 2 different FB accounts and had no problems. However, today I tried to get some friends to connect and they all get the above error.

I have checked and re-checked all the settings, clear the cache etc and still nothing....

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Darie,
I just registered on your site, and thinks look good to me. If you fixed it, great! If not, the following reasons are the general reasons you can see that problem:
1) You have another extension on your site re-including the Facebook Javascript library. If done improperly, this can conflict with the login capabilities of JFBConnect.
2) The Site or Domain URL in your Facebook Application don't match the site you're trying to use JFBConnect on.
3) Your Facebook Application is in Sandbox mode (a setting in the Application).

Hopefully, you're going just fine now, but if not, let us know, and we'll gladly help how we can.

Thanks,
Alex

Seems to be working now, so Im not really sure what happened. I had the app in sandbox mode for a few hours but then put it back to normal. Perhaps it just took a few hours for facebook to update the settings.

Thank you for your help.

Darie,
No problem for the help. While most changes in the Facebook Application usually take place immediately, there are times and specific settings that can take quite a few hours to propagate across all of Facebook's servers.

Hopefully, that's all it was. Of course, if you run into any other issues, just let us know!
