everything seems to work but the login will not finish. connect accounts doesnt work too.

It worked for me. My account was created, my activation email was sent to me. I clicked it, and could login using Facebook successfully.

Please trying clearing your browser cache. The JFBConnect Javascript was updated in 4.1, and if your browser is using the old Javascript, what you mention can happen. The 4.1.1 release (and all future versions) will properly invalidate the old browser cache when the Javascript changes.

I am suffering from the same problem. I cleared the cache and that allowed me to login, once... however now the problem has returned.

I just easily registered on your site. I also was able to logout and log back in without any issues. My guess is that caching was still an issue, which will clear itself up shortly (most browsers will cache for up to 1-day by default). If you still run into issues with different browsers, or the problem persists, definitely let us know what browser and OS you're using, and we can test more.

For the 4.1.1 release (and all future releases), we'll be adding better cache invalidation to prevent this issue going forward.

Thanks for check... strange thing is it has (IS) happened (ING) on two different machines on chrome and firefox on both machines.
Since it is working for you...
I am wondering if it is a Facebook setting that might have changed on my end?

I don't recall changing anything...
IF it is a facebook setting issue - is there a way to cure this?

BTW: what happens is the Facebook window popsup... stays for a second (just a white popup window) then closes and everything stays the same - you do not get logged in.

Window 7 64 bit on both machines
Chrome and Firefox on both machines.
