Hi
The login works fine and the like button,
But the comments aren't showing anywhere.
See here for example - www.tzalul.org.il/index.php/%D7%93%D7%99...98%D7%97%D7%99%D7%9D

These are my settings in the backend - screencast.com/t/a6ftl50O

Thanks!

Uri,
Not sure. I see that that's a jReviews page. I haven't used it in a long time, but it simply loads normal Joomla content, correct? Our Content plugin only works on Joomla content pages. However, since the Social buttons (Like, G+1, etc) are working, that doesn't seem like it's the issue.

Can you try changing the settings for Show In Article/Category Views to Top, or Both? It doesn't need to be permanent, but knowing if that somehow makes it work will help us come up with a reason why it wouldn't work in the Bottom view.

Thanks,
Alex

Hi
Thanks for your response.
After a few hours it suddenlly started to show. I guess I din't see it beacuse of the cache onthe browser?

But now I have another problem - I'm trying to use the comments module, but the module doesn't show comments, it just shows this -
{jfbccomments width=500 num_posts=5 colorScheme=light key=}
the module is on this page, in the tabs mudule (the left tab) - www.tzalul.org.il
Thanks!

It could have been multiple types of cache or other areas that could prevent it from working. It's always best to clear Joomla's cache and reload your browser if things aren't working as expected.

As for the Comment module, try making sure te JFBCSystem module is ordered as one of the last plugins on your site, but -before- the System - Cache plugin (if that's enabled). Additionally, if you have any other compressors, cachers, or optimization type plugins, the JFBCSystem plugin should be ordered before them as well.

Hopefully, that will get you going!

Thanks,
Alex
