The page seems to have been down for the last few hours that I've been trying to test. I did do a little investigation earlier, but ran into some issues because I was using IE to load the App page (because the non-https version wouldn't load in Chrome) and Chrome to view the 'original' page. There were definitely some differences I could see, like an inclusion of an an html5.js script and some other files, including the light_orange CSS file. So there are definitely some differences between the pages, but again, between different browsers isn't a great way to compare.

Until it gets back up again, and I can investigate more, I would recommend trying to re-order the JFBCSystem plugin to the first or last plugin order (but always before the System - Cache plugin, if enabled). Mainly, if there is a Wright template plugin, the ordering of our plugin around that may make a difference, but I really don't know.

Right before 4.1 came out (and shortly thereafter) we had some reports of oddness with RocketTheme templates. Upon investigating, we started implementing a better system for selecting the template to be used for Tabs or Canvas views. Right now, we're simply specifying the template, not the specific Style for the template. We have a fix in the works for the 4.1.1 release, which is due out next week.

My guess is that you're using a specific template style, and that's simply not being loaded right now. With 4.1.1, that will be fixed.

In the mean time, a simple workaround that will work if you're using the same template for both the live site and canvas views is to edit the /components/com_jfbconnect/libraries/canvas.php file. Search for "setTemplate" and comment out the 2 lines you find (put 2 forward slashes // at the beginning). One of the setTemplate lines is for Page Tab and the other is for Canvas views. Again, this will only work if your default Joomla template is the same as the one you want to use in your Page tab. If not, you'll need to wait for 4.1.1.

Glad to hear that worked for you. There will be some additional changes in 4.1.1, coming out next week, but the problem with RocketTheme templates likely isn't fixable on our end. We'll be working with Joomla and/or RocketTheme shortly to try to come up with the best overall fix.
